Foodie's Guide to Eating Well

Thoughts on food, cooking, and dining out

About Me

My Photo
Name: Courtney Scott-Howard
Location: Boston, MA, United States

Interested in food, philanthropy, and other stuff that makes life worth living. I love to dine out just as much as making a delicious feast at home. I am borderline obsessed with food (and I use borderline loosely... I am pretty much totally obsessed with food). When I am not cooking or eating, I am thinking about cooking and eating and whether or not our world will survive with the corn and soy subsidies we persist in funding. I'm worried about our food systems and try to incorporate local and organic foods as often as possible, and I am working hard to go vegetarian more often. I enjoy sharing some of my food adventures here and would love to hear about yours!
